One of the best purchases i've made recently. I purchased an additional pitcher and i'm so glad that I did as it's not very large. So far, very, very pleased with my purchase. Hoping the filters last at least a year, I drink a lot of water it seems six hundred gallons won't last long in my household.

The customer service is outstanding!! I originally purchased the Sans to switch my dogs from filtered water from the refrigerator to cleaner water. Not only do I use it for them but we drink from the Sans also!

I recently wrote that my tank was leaking and they immediately sent me a replacement (which has been re-designed so they must have discovered the design flaw) and they sent it free of charge! What more can I say!

We just love our new Sans water purifier. The change in the taste of the water is extraordinary and it works very efficiently. I have to presume so many contaminants are being removed considering the taste difference even from a pretty good pitcher filter we used for tap water previously.

Since I purchased my sans water purifier over a year ago, I have been extremely pleased with the crisp, clean water it dispenses. You immediately notice the difference. The hot water feature makes it very convenient for coffee and tea in an instant. The set up is super easy as well as replacing filters. Most importantly, excellent customer service/ warranty.
