The unit is stylish and slender taking up little space on counter. I like the style of the pitchers as well. It is quiet, efficient and easy to refill. Customer service was great when I had a small problem with an extra pitcher- helped me right away. I feel good knowing I am drinking healthy water because I live in a rural district with a really old water system and ithas had some environmental/quality flags. Very happy and would highly recommend.
