This is the best water filter I have ever owned and have been happy with it from day one… and will have to also say top notch 5 star service! I recently had an issue with the unit and it was a little over a year old. I contacted support and after a few troubleshooting steps they sent me a new unit… this kind of service is rare today.

My mom and I live in a City that has many issues with our City water and have always purchased cases and cases of water monthly for two households and SANS has changed this for us. Thank you. We would have given a 5 star rating but the pitchers are tiny but understand why thankfully I purchased extra pitchers for both of our homes. WE are both happy! No more packing up my SUV and lugging in several cases of water each month. Our pets love SANS water too. A win win!!!

The unit works well and makes the water taste delicious

You have to get used to the fact that you will need to refill the tank frequently, but that would be the case with most of these types of units.

I would buy several of the containers and put them in the refrigerator so you can load them up once every few days.

I love the new water purifier. It looks nice in the counter and the water tastes good and I know it is clean. We had a little terrible in the beginning because the directions aren’t the easiest but sent an email and fixed the issue right away. Now works like a charm. Pour some in a glass and it refills itself. Love!
