My SANS water purifier stopped working. After troubleshooting with the company it was determined that the unit should be replaced. A new water purifier was immediately sent to me. I am very happy with my reverse osmosis unit and with the outstanding customer service from SANS.

My water is so much better. There is no metal taste or any taste in it. I have already tripled the amount I normally drink in a day, thanks to the better tasting, Sand filtration system.

Three weeks into receiving and using my Sans countertop Water filtration system and I'm happy, very happy. I researched countertop water systems and decided on two systems that seem to have the highest and best reviews and fit my niche. I decided to go with Sans for several reasons; size, filtration system, warranty plus it was user friendly, it is very easy to set up and get started. I wish they had a mineral component where essential minerals could be added to the dispensed water that's my only gripe.

I have had the purification system for about 6 months. I could not lift my water jugs from the water delivery company very easily and would hurt my back. This system meets our expectations for good tasting water! It is so easy, and my family agrees it is a winner. I have saved a lot of money, also!
What took us so long?
After a few blips in getting to know this machine ( my issue, not the machines) everything is great.
