I get a replacement filter for big and little sans every three months. I LOVE the air in my home since I purchased the SANS, one big one for whole house and one little one for my bedroom. Great products and good service although I haven't needed any service as they are good to go right out of the box.

I've seen it turn colors when I've sprayed a room deodorizer and using hairspray. It's gone from red to yellow and then blue. It's nice to actually see how it is cleaning the air.
