So far I love this product. It’s working fine and I love having the hot water available as well . I fill a set of two regular glass pitcher I purchased with the water from the Sans and keep them in the refrigerator for cold water. There is a slight learning curve for example I found for the hot water I use my teacup and push the button for hot water if I don’t use another cup the initial switching over to hot adds some cold water. I’ve learned to let some water come out then stop the flow until you get another cup under it if you do that your hot water is a good hot temperature. A minor inconvenience but I like my hot water very hot. I keep it on a section of my counter that I don’t use for prepping foods and it fits great and is still convenient to get to. It fits under my kitchen top cabinets just fine. So far it is flawless and the water comes out crystal clear. I love not having to lug plastic bottles home !

The he only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is that I actually ordered Black to match my other appliances and it arrived in white.

I have drunk the kool aid (made with my Sans purified water). Water tastes great. Started with the air purifiers and was extremely satisfied so I just had to round it off with the water purifier. Everyone at this household is extremely satisfied.
