After one year of using the San water, stopped working and I contacted the company customers service by emailing bc they do not have any phone number for service , and within a week they sent a new system to my surprise and I m apologize for leaving a bad review from the beginning
I absolutely love my water purifier! Sans is a wonderful company. They are very responsive and reliable when addressing questions or issues.
It took me a day to figure out how to use my RO machine, but Sans customer service was great. Once I learned the technique, it was easy and, as a single person, I fill the pitcher about 3 times a day: cold water in glass refrigerator jug, fill up my tea kettle, and one for miscellaneous use. The pitcher fills quickly and the water tastes great. I just ordered a second pitcher (mostly to have one on hand should I break the original, but also to use as a backup. I got mine during the summer sale with a rebate and have been using it for about a month. So far, so good. The product received 4 stars for "sleek" because it does take up some counter real estate.
We bought this over a week ago and we love it! I finally can stop buying gallons of Target's purified water. Easy installation & water tastes really good! I recommend to buy two pitchers if you are family of 3 or more.
I had been going to Whole Foods for years and filling up 5 gallon jugs. I thought I would give this water purifying system a try…. it is absolutely fabulous. It has completely changed our lives, not having to go every other week lugging jugs bottles of water. I trust it completely, the water is clean and crisp and please take my word for it. You will not be disappointed.
This product incorporates reverse osmosis, which is so important for eliminating PFAS where I live. This product was so simple to set up and the water tastes crisp and clean. Many bottled water brands are filtered with reverse osmosis but you have to worry about microplastics. Sans also filters microplastics! Bottom line is I can enjoy fresh water anytime in my home without having to buy bottles all the time. 👍👍
After reading numerous articles and reviews on the benefits of counter top water filters, I chose SANS because it used both RO and UV, and appeared easy to use. I was not disappointed. It sits next to my sink where I can easily empty the small amount of waste water, reposition the tank and fill by extending the faucet. I get a pitcher and a half from each tank. I drink water throughout the day and also use it in my coffee maker and for my dog. It’s a great and healthy option over the single filter that my refrigerator uses.
This unit has exceeded my expectations. My family loves the taste of the water, and we use it for everything. I had read the reviews before purchasing it and was aware of some of the limitations.
The unit is small enough to fit on a counter and occupy a lot of room... Having said that, it cannot hold vast amounts of water at one time.
We have simply purchased stainless steel pitchers and fill them so that when it is a high-use time (Filling water bottles and cups for the day) we are ready to go and don't have to wait for the machine.
The instant hot water dispenser is wonderful for filling tea cups or travel mugs in the morning as well.

I’m enjoying my water purifier system & pitcher. It’s not huge so fitting it in my fridge isn’t a hassle.
This is technically my third Sans water filter. My first one malfunctioned within a few months and they sent me a replacement. We remodeled our white kitchen cabinets to black with black backsplash, so we needed to get the midnight water filter. It blends in perfectly on the counter and the water tastes great. We love it!
