We had no idea that our water purifier would be so easy to use. Set up involved just plugging in and basically. And of course, filling the reservoir with water! We did taste test with tapwater, and refrigerator filtered water, and there is no comparison. This water is delicious. It helps me drink more water, which is a healthy thing to do. So glad it filters out Flouride !

I’m happy with my purchase! If I could change anything it would be a larger unit. I do have to refill twice a day. I guess we drink a lot of water!

It truly does meet the expectations of a clean tasting water. The pitcher is a bit smaller than I expected but it’s doable and it’s glass which meet my standards . I love that it automatically dispenses water when you put the pitcher in place as long as there’s water in the reservoir. I love the hot water dispensing feature. One valuable feature and a must that hot water is available anytime you want. The digital features makes it even better, very cool, classy, modern design water purifier and a dispenser. I love the product so far.

I bought the extra pitcher so my hip can drink cold water and we always have an extra if one breaks.
