This water filter took awhile to get here, but it was well worth the wait. Lately town water has had a high chlorine smell to it and I noticed I wasn’t drinking enough water. After getting this up and running I have great tasting and odor free water. It was well worth the wait. I also ordered the extra pitcher so I can keep it in the refrigerator. I just love this water filter!
Have only had it for a few days. Still trying to figure out a few features. So far I’m impressed and glad I made the purchase.

Am very pleased with the Sans water purifier. It's easy to use and the water tastes very good. I'm picky when it comes to water and love how good the water tastes after using the SWP. Did have one question when I was setting up my Sans system and the online customer chat was extremely helpful and quick to respond! Love that they not only respond through online chat, but also send an email with their response.
The water tastes great! My only concern is no minerals I had written to customers care regarding this last week, no response yet
Overall, easy to use. I had purchased a second container to ensure we have plenty of water. Fits nicely under my cabinets and doesn’t take up too much space. My kitchen is small so that is always something I think about
