    Pure, Plain and Simple

    The Sans water purifier contains 3 filters than need to be replaced after a certain number of cycles.

    The exact number will depend on your water source and the frequency in which you use the unit.

    In our case it was approximately 1 year.

    The entire process for changing the filters is very easy and should only take you 10 minutes or less.

    Best purifier Ever!

    I have been using the water purifier for 2.5 years roughly and we LOVE it! The automatic refill pitcher has us spoiled. But my favorite feature is the hot water button for tea / coffee / whatever. The company is super responsive and easy to work with any issues. Highly recommend!

    Sans water filter

    Love unit. Water tastes good snd i feel better knowing its filtered. My only problem is the temperature on hit water is mot 200 degrees. My black tea needs that to work. But i have microwave to heat it up more. Was able to get rid of teapot.

    Replacement Filters

    I received my filters very quickly with the assistance of their SANS support people. I could not find my manual for installation instruction, but found it in pdf format directly from their site. Printed page 11 which gave detailed instructions.

    I have had my water purifier for 2 years and after replacing the filters for the first time, the unit is working better than ever! Won’t be waiting two more years to reorder!
