I received my filters very quickly with the assistance of their SANS support people. I could not find my manual for installation instruction, but found it in pdf format directly from their site. Printed page 11 which gave detailed instructions.

I have had my water purifier for 2 years and after replacing the filters for the first time, the unit is working better than ever! Won’t be waiting two more years to reorder!

We love the taste of of Sans RO water filter. We under the sink and in our travels we have had many RO filtered water. Sans has the best tasting water.

We love the water filter so much that we took it on our road trip across the country. In Texas we hit some cold weather and snow. We left the water filter in the car during our emergency stop in fort Stockton, tx. The next time we used it there water leaking from under the filter. Apparently there was water in the system that froze and broke the internal pipes or other components. We have a new system that they sent us and once again we are thinking and thanking the sans folks for their product.

So far loving my Sans Water Purifier. It’s super pure tasting H2O. Coffee taste better since it filters multiple times, less acidic. The hot water feature is cool also. Subscribed to the replacement filters for ease of replacement and a Sans Water bottle for travel. The design for the pitcher make for a bit empty-refill but I’m still happy with the machine.
