Love the feel of the glass pitcher and its minimalist design look. Glad I ordered the additional pitcher - nice to have one for the fridge.
Love this product, after having AquaTru for last 10 years. Easier for remineralization and just looks nicer on the counter top! Customer Service is top notch, I had some issues(not due to them, due to my own problems) and they were top notch.

I wish I would’ve found this a long time ago. I’ve had a water delivery service for 10 years and it is very expensive. This is the most high-tech, convenient and top quality system I’ve found and couldn’t be happier with its performance. The machine pays for itself in three months based on what I was paying to have water delivered. Not to mention that you can add a mineral filter. I’m very happy with my machine and especially like the UV feature.

Love it! The tap water from my county coop water company tastes like pennies. Not anymore! I just set this guy up next to my sink & refill the tank as needed. The water tastes better than any bottled still water I've ever had. This has been well worth the money. I bought a second unit for my daughter, whose water tastes very salty. I can hardly wait to see how well it does for her.
