    Have had machine a few weeks. Very good. Easy to use and we bought extra pitcher so we could fill the brita without filter to use as refrigerator cold water. Two is perfect! Great product!

    Pure, Plain and Simple

    The Sans water purifier contains 3 filters than need to be replaced after a certain number of cycles.

    The exact number will depend on your water source and the frequency in which you use the unit.

    In our case it was approximately 1 year.

    The entire process for changing the filters is very easy and should only take you 10 minutes or less.

    I have been using the water purifier for 2.5 years roughly and we LOVE it! The automatic refill pitcher has us spoiled. But my favorite feature is the hot water button for tea / coffee / whatever. The company is super responsive and easy to work with any issues. Highly recommend!
