I was really hesitant to buy this due to the expense and the lack of real reviews that weren't sponsored. I debated and researched for months! But... I'm really glad finally I got it! It looks so much prettier and neater than a lot of the other reverse osmosis filters out there. The hot water feature is so nice for tea/coffee. I love that the glass pitcher it comes with fills automatically and stops automatically, regardless of how full it already is. One small complaint is that if you use a regular cup or mug to dispense into, it does splash out a bit as it's filling so sometimes I just hold my cup up to it. I've seen other complaints about it being "loud" but it honestly is not loud at all, and only makes a low rumbling noise for a minute or so when you replace the water, then it is silent. It tastes great and has worked without any problems so far (I've had it about one month). I highly recommend!
I ordered a second glass pitcher. It just makes sense. My daughter prefers cold water. I prefer room temperature so now we each have our own pitcher.
I would love if Sans would offer glass bottles with lids to store and drink out of. I am missing the convenience of the plastic bottles. Having a 16oz glass bottle to take with me would be great!!
I was skeptical about the air filter doing what it claimed. I shortly realized how much better I can breathe, especially at night. No more allergy sprays, before I go to bed. Any bad smells in the house from cooking disappear instantly. I have 2 cats, that I am sure would make me allergenic to them, but that doesn't happen anymore. This is such a wonderful air filter and I recommend to a lot of people1
After 1 year of wanting & researching different a reverse osmosis water purifiers, I'm so glad I chose this one. It's super easy to use and so many little benefits I had no idea!
1) I love the hidden handle on the water tank so you can easily refill and put it back on easily
2) It can dispense purified hot water in seconds for my tea or coffee
3) I appreciate the clean aesthetic and it's ease of use: plug it in, fill it with cold water then boom - the best purified water =)
I drink more water now and carry around my own water bottle everywhere I go. It feels exciting to drink my water knowing it's so pure. No more tap!!

Have been using my Sans water purifier for about a month. It was easy to set up and works great. The water tastes so much better compared to our plain tap water or through the brita filter I was using. Very happy with my purchase.
We love the sans water system. It’s a little labor intensive due to the capacity. But it’s the best water we ever tasted.
We LOVE our Sans water purifier. My husband questioned my reason for purchasing a Sans because it was expensive & we had a water purifier with our new refrigerator. I purchased the Sans anyway and we are both so happy with it. The difference between the the “frig purified” water & the Sans purified water - well there is no comparison!! Sans - 10, frig - 5. So we 💙 our Sans water purifier & the extra pitcher was a really perfect purchase. We interchange the pitchers & it’s working just great! To purchase an extra pitcher is a great & useful idea!!
