We’ve had our SANS for about a year now and love it. Our water quality is not great and it filters all weird smells/tastes out fully. We had an issue probably due to the hard water content which was covered by warranty and they sent a replacement quickly. Overall would highly recommend!

Great purchase
I am really loving this RO water purifier. The sleek design is compact and does not require much counter space, which was one of the features that drew me to this brand. It's very easy to refill and quickly replenishes the glass pitcher with crystal clear, great tasting water. Having the added hot button is super convenient for making a quick cup of tea or cup-a-soup. Been using for a month now and have no complaints. Plus, when I was doing my original research, customer service answered all my questions promptly. I highly recommend.

I have only had the unit operational for four days, but in this time, my water not only tastes better but also has no chlorinated smell. the ease of use is another great point to make.

So glad I ordered the extra pitcher. It allows for a complete filtration cycle. I just fill up the tank before bed a it fills the first pitcher completely and the second one about halfway which is just perfect to get me through most of the day.
