This being my first water filter system it was a little hard to get started but videos were helpful. I am still confused as to when to fill the water reservoir but I think I am doing it correctly.

The Sans is perfect for me. It keeps me from hauling gallons of RO water from my daughter’s house. I know that I will be drinking more water now that I have my Sans.
