I have to drink exceptional water . I have health issues and the only way is for me to have reverse osmosis water. This unit is perfect for me! I love what it takes out of my city water and it tastes amazing! Excellent product!
It seems to be working great . The water is very clear and tastes/ smells very good. I haven’t had any problems with the system so far . If I were to improve anything it would be the size of the holding tank and make it glass as well . I go through a good amount of water in a day and fill it 3-4 times daily .

The water quality is so good, I cannot drink from the faucet water anymore, I need it to run in my Sans water filter.
So happy with this water filter. I feel good knowing me and my family are not being exposed to hormones and microplastics in addition to other chemicals in our water any more. I do wish the pitcher was bigger but I plan on purchasing a second one. Set up was easy and it continues to be easy to use!

I was really hesitant to buy this due to the expense and the lack of real reviews that weren't sponsored. I debated and researched for months! But... I'm really glad finally I got it! It looks so much prettier and neater than a lot of the other reverse osmosis filters out there. The hot water feature is so nice for tea/coffee. I love that the glass pitcher it comes with fills automatically and stops automatically, regardless of how full it already is. One small complaint is that if you use a regular cup or mug to dispense into, it does splash out a bit as it's filling so sometimes I just hold my cup up to it. I've seen other complaints about it being "loud" but it honestly is not loud at all, and only makes a low rumbling noise for a minute or so when you replace the water, then it is silent. It tastes great and has worked without any problems so far (I've had it about one month). I highly recommend!
I ordered a second glass pitcher. It just makes sense. My daughter prefers cold water. I prefer room temperature so now we each have our own pitcher.
I would love if Sans would offer glass bottles with lids to store and drink out of. I am missing the convenience of the plastic bottles. Having a 16oz glass bottle to take with me would be great!!
I was skeptical about the air filter doing what it claimed. I shortly realized how much better I can breathe, especially at night. No more allergy sprays, before I go to bed. Any bad smells in the house from cooking disappear instantly. I have 2 cats, that I am sure would make me allergenic to them, but that doesn't happen anymore. This is such a wonderful air filter and I recommend to a lot of people1
