Am very pleased with the Sans water purifier. It's easy to use and the water tastes very good. I'm picky when it comes to water and love how good the water tastes after using the SWP. Did have one question when I was setting up my Sans system and the online customer chat was extremely helpful and quick to respond! Love that they not only respond through online chat, but also send an email with their response.
The water tastes great! My only concern is no minerals I had written to customers care regarding this last week, no response yet
Overall, easy to use. I had purchased a second container to ensure we have plenty of water. Fits nicely under my cabinets and doesn’t take up too much space. My kitchen is small so that is always something I think about
So far I am loving my water purifier, my kids are loving it as well. Set up was very easy, I bought an extra pitcher because my kids like the water cold so I keep one in the fridge and then have the other for myself because I prefer my water to be room temperature. We tried the hot water feature for tea and it was HOT! It worked great! It fills quickly which is a plus and it’s very easy to clean. It’s not so huge that it takes up too much room, it works very well in the space on my counter. All in all so far I am very pleased, it tastes great! Crisp and clean, better than bottled water, better than Britta water. I’m very glad I took a chance on this machine. Thank you!

The weird murky water on the other side of side of the filter shows you it works well. I see the water pitcher filling with what I'm about to drink and it comes out so pristine and clear, it looks life affirming and rejuvenating. Not drab and murky like the pitcher of unfiltered water.
Yes, this is expensive but I used my FSA utilizing TruMed. Worked great and so happy my family and I get to drink pristine stuff. Love it!
I had no idea that I was chronically dehydrated until now. I found myself drinking so much water that I ever did. Due in part to the taste of the water. No bottle water compares. This is by far a superior quality of water filtration that I keep drinking even in the middle of the night. Thank you for such a great product. I wish you much success!!

This filter is fanrastic-easy as pie and works great. Don't have to think just fill and place the water pitchers in place and it does the rest. I think having two pitchers is the way to go as that way you always have a refill. Great product-would recommend.
