NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK AND FLORIDA AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
Sponsored by Living Well Solutions LLC dba Sans, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, PMB 851775, West Hollywood, California 90069‑4109, USA (“Sponsor”).
Open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia excluding New York and Florida, who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (18+, 19 in AL & NE, 21 in MS) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Residents of NY and FL may subscribe to Sponsor’s marketing communications during the Promotion Period but are not eligible to receive entries or win a prize.
Begins August 7, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends August 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants receive one (1) entry for every $1 (USD) spent (excluding discounts, taxes, shipping, and fees) on eligible purchases made at livesans.com. Entries from refunded or canceled purchases made prior to the drawing will be void. By making a purchase, you agree to these Official Rules. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning because free entry methods providing equal odds are available (see below).
From time to time during the Promotion Period, Sponsor may announce limited‑time “Entry Multiplier” offers (e.g., 2X, 5X, 10X). When offered, purchase entries and eligible mail‑in entries (Section 3C) will be multiplied by the same factor. Timing and terms of any multiplier offers will be announced by Sponsor at its discretion (e.g., on livesans.com and/or Sponsor’s social channels). Email and SMS entries (Sections 3B & 3D) do not receive multipliers.
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant who signs up to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter will receive twenty‑five (25) entries. Limit one (1) email opt‑in entry award per person.
To participate without making a purchase, prepare a plain 4" × 6" postcard (ENVELOPES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) and legibly hand‑print in black or blue ink:
• First and last name
• Complete street address, city, state, ZIP code
• Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
• Email address
• Daytime phone number (including area code)

Postcards must be postmarked by August 17, 2025 and received by August 22, 2025. Each valid postcard will earn twenty‑five (25) entries into the Promotion.
Multiplier Parity:
• To receive 2× entries for a day when a 2× purchase multiplier is offered, hand‑write “DOUBLE” in the bottom‑left corner of the postcard.
• To receive 5× entries (or any other multiplier Sponsor announces), hand‑write “MULTIPLIER” in the bottom‑right corner of the postcard, or the exact multiplier code announced.
The postmark date must correspond to the calendar date on which the multiplier is offered, and the postcard must be received within five (5) days after that offer ends.
Mechanically reproduced, bulk‑mailed, metered‑mail, or illegible postcards are void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, postage‑due, or damaged mail. All postcards become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.
Eligible entrants who sign up to receive SMS/text messages from Sponsor via a registered 10DLC campaign during the Promotion Period will receive twenty‑five (25) additional entries (on top of the email entries, if any). Limit one (1) SMS entry award per person/phone number. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your carrier’s network availability and terms.
Regardless of entry method(s), there is a total limit of 5,000 entries per person for the Promotion. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void or disqualify any entries suspected of being obtained via automated means, bots, scripts, or other fraudulent or abusive methods.
On or about August 19, 2025, Sponsor (or its designated independent administrator) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided and will be required to complete, sign, and return, within ten (10) calendar days of notification: (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility, (ii) a Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and (iii) a completed IRS Form W‑9 (collectively, “Winner Documents”). Failure to respond or return fully completed Winner Documents by the deadline, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is otherwise deemed ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,260. No cash alternative. Prize is non‑transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Shipping available to the continental U.S. only; Sponsor pays standard shipping. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099‑MISC for the ARV of the prize.
Where lawful, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion (or any part of it) should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a drawing from among all eligible, non‑suspect entries received prior to the action taken.
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including personal injury, death, or property damage) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) participation in the Promotion; (b) any breach of these Rules; (c) acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize (including travel or activity related thereto); or (d) any error in administration of the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, printing errors, or lost/damaged mail. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
Any dispute arising out of the Promotion shall be governed by California law. Before filing a claim, entrant must send Sponsor a written Demand and allow ten (10) calendar days for resolution. Except for claims seeking public injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration (AAA Consumer Rules). No class or representative actions. Venue for any permitted court proceeding is Los Angeles County, California.
