    I love it

    I had bought another brand thinking it would be OK. But it wasn't okay. This Sans RO water purifier is very high quality. It is worth every cent. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants clean water. I am happy to not have to buy bottled water all the time now. I am so glad I have this. It's wonderful.

    second machine

    My first machine lasted just over a year. About two months after replacing all the filters it just stopped working. Customer service was excellent and replaced it with no worries. The second one started leaking after a couple of weeks. We found a difective washer in the base and replaced it with a washer from our previous machine. So far no other issues. I am still happy that I bought this and the air filters for my home.
