I bought a Sans for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. They have several pets as I do and thought it might be helpful. They are so happy with how well it works! I decided to buy myself one after I just had to have the fan motor in my central heat replaced.. it was clogged with cat hair. Now I have 5 cats but I’m very clean, change filters every month, have no carpet, use my Dyson sweeper everyday. The repair man said it’s common because the fur is so fine and is in the air and over years it can happen. I was excited to unpack it and get it going. Oh my goodness!!! It makes a huge difference in my air quality!!!! I can smell the clean air!!!! And another plus is my allergies have improved by 80%!!! I highly recommend Sans purifier to anyone with pets! I’ve been very impressed with the effectiveness of this air filter. I have my filter in the family room which is close to the kitchen, so sometimes when I’m searing meat my exhaust fan doesn’t work well, so i just move my Sans filter into the kitchen about 4 feet from the cooktop. It immediately begins to work as soon as smoke from the cooking starts to rise. It does a great job clearing out the smoke and filtering the air. I hear the fan kick in on higher speed and the blue indicator light turns red as it captures the smoke and clears it out. We also have a long hair cat and her fur is everywhere but I do notice that that there’s not as much dust particles on furniture. The timing of getting my filter automatically shipped every 3 months is perfect for my household.

I love both of my sans. We have a mini in the bedroom and a larger one in the living room. They keep the dust way down and easier to breath. They are fantastic, wish I would have gotten them years ago. They are easy to maintain, just change the filter cartridge every 3 months.
